The Tower is an ensemble on four building sites with a total of three towers with a height of approx. 60 m and an 8-storey hotel building, which is being constructed at Quartier Belvedere, directly next to the Schweizergarten. DELUGAN MEISSL ASSOCIATED ARCHITECTS and COOP HIMMELB(L)AU in cooperation with ArchConsult ZT GmbH were responsible for the planning. The buildings are connected to each other in the two basement levels and have a coherent plaza on the ground floor.

The Tower main complex is accessible through the ground floor main entrance at Canettistraße 5 and via the garage.

Access only with ID card or visitor pass!
During the opening hours of the Tower building the ground floor is a public space and also accessible for external visitors.
Visitor passes can be obtained from the Welcome Desk at the Tower main entrance.

ACCESS TO THE BUILDING
The main entrance is open,
people do have access.
Employees with ID cards can access the building from the garage via the elevators in the core of the building.
The main entrance is closed,
the access is possible as follows:
With ID-card at the side entrance (sliding door) there is a card reader which enables access.
ACCESS FOR EMPLOYEES WITH PERMANENT WORKPLACE AT THE TOWER
Monday to Sunday 24/7
Visitors, technicians, and service personnel from external companies must be pre-registered via Mail and receive a visitor card which allows them authorized access.
REGISTRATION MANDATORY INFORMATION:
- Date & time
- Meeting/visit location
- First name, surname of visitor and his/her company
- Will be collected from reception yes / no
A visitor pass for the building will be issued based on the registration. Visitors must pick up their visitor card at the Welcome Desk.
ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL
The location Tower is equipped with an electronic access control system.
GOING THROUGH THE SENSOR GATES
The sensor gates on the entrance floor are used for separation for the purpose of security. For this reason, passing through the sensor gates is only permitted individually and with an ID card, as otherwise alarms will be triggered in the security control center. Exit is possible without “checking out”.
GENERAL ACCESS RULES
Access to the meeting rooms on the ground floor
Access to the 4OH!4 meeting room area is only possible after a prior booking.
The meeting rooms are generally locked and will only be opened for booked meetings. If you wish to lock the room during your booking (e.g. breaks), please inform the staff at the 4OH!4 shop.
CARS & MOTORBIKES
The entrance to the garage is at Canettistraße 5.
The Tower garage is in the 1st and 2nd basement

2 disabled spaces (marked accordingly)
5 spaces for motorbikes
The garage in the Tower is exclusively available to external tenants.
PARKING FOR VISITORS
Visitors can use the paid garages in the nearby (e.g. Erste Campus, Hauptbahnhof).
On the ground floor at the Welcome Desk, the staff can provide you with first aid during opening times from Mon to Fri 7 a.m. – 4 p.m. At the Welcome Desk you will find:
- portable first aid box
- plaster dispenser
IN CASE OF EMERGENCY
In case of an emergency, contact the emergency services and please inform the Welcome Desk on 0043 (0)510 100 – 17191, so that the destination can be announced when the emergency services arrive.
